Meet Keyonna and Josh! They tied the knot at the end of February, and I feel so thankful to have been there documenting their big day, all the way from the chaos of getting ready to the many moments of laughter during the reception. Not to mention, meeting their family and friends was also an honor. Everyone was so welcoming and kind.

Keyonna is stunning! She made such a picture perfect bride not only through her outward beauty, but her radiance and happiness was evident as well. Josh and Keyonna are adorable together and they know how to make each other laugh constantly. I feel like I always say it, but seriously I feel blessed to work with the most fun couples again and again. Josh and Keyonna were no exception. They had me cracking up throughout the whole day. 

Their ceremony took place at New Season Christian Center, and it was truly beautiful and full of emotion. The love Keyonna and Josh have for each other was so clear and as she walked down the aisle with her dad, words can't even describe how much love was felt in the room. 

After the ceremony, we did the family formals and it was a total blast. The entire bridal party was happy and excited to be themselves in front of the cameras of my assistant Rhonda and I.  Everyone came up with a ton of silly and creative poses and I feel like I laughed the whole time while shooting. I had such a tough time narrowing down the images to share in this post. 

After the formals, we headed to the reception at the local IBEW Hall in Anchorage. The hall was decorated gorgeously with the cutest Tiffany blue winter wonderland theme. Something I really loved was how much thought Keyonna and Josh put into making sure their guests were entertained and having fun. There was a S'mores bar where guests could roast marshmallows, mad libs, and a DIY photo booth filled with hilarious props. 

One of the funniest moments happened during the formals, Keyonna was being held up by the groomsmen and the groomsmen who was holding her feet decided it would be an opportune time to tickle her. It was hilarious. Another funny moment happened when Josh decided to retrieve the garter with his teeth. When his head popped out of Keyonna's dress with a garter in his mouth, the room erupted with laughter. So funny!
